INSTALLATION

When it comes to holiday lighting, safety and professionalism are paramount. Our fully insured and professional team arrives equipped with the necessary tools and safety equipment to ensure a flawless installation.

 

We take pride in our expertise, using the proper methods and systems to make your home look its best during the holidays. Trust us to create a safe, efficient, and visually stunning holiday lighting display that will impress your neighbors and guests alike. 

MAINTENANCE

 We understand that holiday lighting can encounter wear and tear due to weather and other factors. That's why we offer maintenance services to keep your display looking impeccable.

 

Should any repairs be needed, our dedicated team is committed to addressing them promptly, usually within 72 hours. Our goal is to ensure your holiday lights continue to shine brightly throughout the entire season.  

TAKE DOWN

 Once the holiday season has come to a close, you can count on us to handle the removal of your lights. Starting in January, we carefully take down the lights with the same professionalism and attention to detail that went into their installation.

 

We understand that storing lights can be a hassle, so we take care of that for you too. We securely store your lights until the next holiday season, providing a hassle-free experience year after year.

48-HR REVIEW PERIOD

We understand the importance of thorough review and approval. Therefore, we offer a 48-hour window for you to examine the invoice at your own pace.

 

This period is designed to give you ample time to ensure that everything aligns with your expectations. 

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

During the 48-hour review period, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method. You can opt to pay with a traditional check or use the convenience of your credit card.

SECURE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

 In the event that the invoice remains unpaid after the 48-hour review period, we will automatically charge the credit card on file.

No need to worry about daily plugging. We provide a high-quality timer that we set for optimal lighting times. You can easily adjust the timer to your preferred schedule.

 

When do you take down the lights?

Our light removal process typically begins on January 2nd and is completed by February 1st, ensuring a smooth transition from the holiday season.

 

Do I have to keep my lights on until you remove them?

The choice is yours. Feel free to unplug the lights whenever you're ready. We're here to accommodate your preferences and make your holiday experience as convenient as possible.
